This publication is found throughout Western Kentucky and Southern Indiana in many grocery stores, financial institutions, and real estate offices. Prior to listing a home, I arrange an advertising schedule so you will know exactly when ads of your home will be published.

Ugly Yellow S ign Our ugly yellow sign is a secret weapon! As Buyers drive by your home, they will notice the sign because it is not normal and not professional looking. In fact it is home made and looks more like a yard sale sign. This stops buyers in their tracks because it's not normal. On this sign we print the monthly payment in large numbers, ZERO DOWN, FREE RECORDED MESSAGE, and the terms of the loan. You would be surprised how many people don´t know they could buy with no down payment.
Monthly N ewsletters I keep all my post clients up to date with mymonthly newsletter.
